Santa Clara County ‘Partners In Wellness’ Frequently Asked Questions

On February 7, 2017, the County of Santa Clara, California issued this 'Partners in Wellness' frequently asked questions document regarding the program. The program is the nation’s first mental health-focused pay-for-success (PFS) project in partnership with Telecare Corporation.
