Proposed Rule: Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act; Market Stabilization

On February 17, 2017, the federal Department of Health and Human Services released this proposed rule regarding market stabilization of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) health insurance marketplace, individual and small group markets.
