February 18, 2011 On February 18, 2011, the Washington State ChildrenÂ’s Administration released a request for proposals (RFP) seeking community-based lead agencies to manage performance-based contracts to provide child and family services in the stateÂ’s six regions. The lead agencies will use a wraparound approach to deliver safety and child welfare services for children and families referred by the ChildrenÂ’s Administration.
