Louisiana Coordinated System of Care (CSoC) Community Application
March 14, 2011 The Louisiana Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) has begun implementing a Coordinated System of Care (CoSC) for children and youth with behavioral health care needs. The CoSC will be phased in by region and will feature a multi-departmental governance board to direct the CoSC, with OBH as the implementing agency.
