March 16, 2010 On March 16, 2010, the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) released an RFP seeking organizations to provide supported recovery housing services (SRHS). Proposals were due May 4, 2010; DMHAS has been negotiating with provider organizations that responded to the RFP to provide SRHS. The two- year contracts were expected to start by July 1, 2010, but as of August 17, 2010, DMHAS had not finalized any.
