Remote Patient Monitoring Telehealth Grants: Brief & Final Reports (March 2017)

On March 16, 2017, the Maryland Health Care Commission released this brief and final report on remote patient monitoring telehealth grants. This report provides information on the grantees’ implementation of RPM and lessons learned from their telehealth projects.
