In this notice dated March 16, 2016, the Defense Health Agency announced it had selected McKesson's Relay Health division for a a $139 million contract to continue providing patient engagement and interoperable secure messaging services (SMS) for the Military Health System (MHS). The initial contract has a nine-month base transition-in period followed by four 12-month option periods.
