March 20, 2011 The Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) announced plans to streamline its reporting structure for its Money Follows the Person (MFP) grant program, called On the Move (OTM). The streamlining initiative follows an internal investigation that revealed what DHS has classified as “knowing and intentional disregard” by the previous OTM administrator for the state’s policies and procedures.
