Montana House Bill 95 Of 2017, Increasing Access To Behavioral Health Care

On March 27, 2017, Montana Governor Steve Bullock signed House Bill 95 (HB 95), to increase access to addiction treatment.  The provisions of HB 95 remove limitations on the establishment or expansion of chemical dependency treatment facilities and programs. It goes into effect on July 1, 2017.
