Medicare & Medicaid Programs; Conditions Of Participation For Home Health Agencies; Delay Of Effective Date

On April 3, 2017, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released this proposed rule regarding home health agency participation in Medicare and Medicaid programs. This proposed rule would delay the effective date for the ‘‘Medicare and Medicaid Programs: Conditions of Participation for Home Health Agencies’’ final rule, published in the Federal Register on January 13, 2017.
