New York City HHS Accelerator: Achieving High Performance Relationships With Providers of Human Services
April 18, 2010 The New York City Office of the Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services and the Mayor's Office of Contract Services released the plan. It describes how the city plans to transform its procurement practices to help non-profit health and human service organizations. The plan will standardize contracting practices and reduce administrative requirements across the city's agencies over four years.
