April 18, 2011 The Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) released the 2011 fiscal/employer agent (F/EA) request for proposals (RFP 305PUR-DHHRFP- FEA-MVA) on April 18, 2011; proposals were due May 18, 2011. DHH selected Acumen Fiscal Agent for the contract which started August 1, 2011 and will run for three years. The RFP specified that the F/EA responsibilities included developing, implementing, and maintaining a current online orientation and skills training for participants/representatives and employees.
