New Mexico Human Services Department Proposed Reductions To Medicaid Provider Payments Effective July 1, 2016

On April 26, 2016, the New Mexico Human Services Department (HSD) issued a notice on proposed reductions to Medicaid provider rates effective July 1, 2016 in response to an order by the legislature to reduce Medicaid spending. The notice includes information on rate reductions that affect all provider organizations, rate reductions that affect safety-net care pool hospitals, and rate reductions for community benefit agencies.
