Connecticut Judicial Branch RFP 3121A For Statewide Juvenile Court Forensic Assessment Services
April 28, 2011 The Connecticut Judicial Branch sought an independent provider organziation to conduct psychological and forensic assessments for its 12 juvenile courts across the state. The RFP noted that the contract covers assessment services to youth ages 16 and younger who are involved with the state Juvenile Court due to delinquency, Family with Service Needs, and Youth in Crisis matters, as well as for 17-year-olds referred by the Office of Adult Probation. Clinical and forensic assessments are conducted to determine the extent of psychiatric, psychological or psychosocial issues, substance abuse problems, or problem sexual behaviors to answer . . .
