April 29, 2010 The Arizona Department of Health Services/Division of Behavioral Health Services (ADHS/DBHS) announced that a stay was issued for the Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA) contract in Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz Counties (referred to as GSA 3) that begins July 1, 2010.
