May 3, 2011 On May 3, 2011, Dr. Charles Milliken presented his findings on alcohol abuse and stigma in the army. He found out that stigma is highest in soldiers who need treatment the most; soldiers in treatment and soldiers with behavioral or problematic thinking issues.
