On My 4, 2017, the counsel for plaintiffs of the J.C., et al., v. Calvo case filed this motion for contempt regarding Guam Behavioral Health (Defendants). The contempt order is related to the Defendants' failure to proceed forward in obtaining Joint Commission or CMS accreditation.
