May 6, 2010 A lawsuit, Leslie Napper et al., v. County of Sacramento, et al., was filed after Sacramento County revealed plans to terminate its community-based mental health outpatient services. The plaintiffs, who are all residents of Sacramento County who have received outpatient mental health services, claimed the cuts would violate the Americans with Disabilities Act by failing to provide access to mental health services.
