Conditions of Confinement: Findings From the Survey of Youth in Residential Placement
May 15, 2010 The Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP) released the findings of the 2003 Survey of Youth in Residential Placement (SYRP). SYRP was given between the beginning of March and mid-June 2003 to adjudicated youth in custody between the ages of 10 and 20.
