May 19, 2011 The Louisiana Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) plans to contract with a behavioral health managed care organization (BH MCO) to oversee services provided to children and youth, children eligible for the Coordinated System of Care (CoSC), and adults with serious mental illness and/or addictive disorders.
