Indiana Family & Social Services Administration Amendment Request To Healthy Indiana Plan Section 1115 Waiver Extension Application

On May 24, 2017, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration published an amendment request to the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) Section 1115 waiver extension application. The amendment requests to continue the HIP 2.0 demonstration waiver program for three years in its current form with technical revisions and updates, and seeks federal approval for proposed program revisions.
