Analysis of AB 3632 Mental Health Services in California
June 9, 2010 On June 9, 2010, the California Legislative Analysts Office presented an analysis to the General Assemblys Conference Committee on the Budget of the governor's proposal to change how mental health services are provided to elementary and secondary students. A state law, AB 3632 , mandates that funding be allocated to reimburse county mental health departments for providing services to students.
