Sick on the Job? Myths and Realities About Mental Health and Work
June 15, 2011 An OECD report showed that one in five workers suffer from a mental illness such as depression or anxiety and such conditions affect productivity at the workplace. According to the report, most people with common mental disorder are employed and are neither receiving treatment nor any support at their workplace which puts them on a high risk of job loss.
