New York OMH/OASAAS Regional BHO Procurement Cover Letter

June 24, 2011 On June 24, 2011, the New York Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) released a request for applications seeking regional behavioral health organizations (BHO). The BHOs need to provide Medicaid fee-for-service administrative and management services, for purposes of conducting concurrent review of inpatient behavioral health services and coordinating the provision of behavioral health services.  This cover letter describes the procurement.
