Utah Medicaid 1115 Primary Care Demonstration Waiver

On June 24, 2016, the state of Utah submitted this proposed 1115 Primary Care Demonstration waiver to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The state seeks approval to provide addiction treatment for adults for up to 90 days in an institution for mental disease (IMD) up to twice annually, and up to 60 days total for youth.
