June 29, 2010 On June 29, 2010, the North Carolina Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services (DMHDDSAS) announced that the state received an extension on its timeline for full implementation of the Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency (CABHA) program.
