July 1, 2011 In October 2012, the Data and Systems Group (DSG) of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) released its annual update to the enrollment report profiles of Medicaid managed care programs on a plan-specific basis. The latest summary is as of July 1, 2011. County level data are not collected. The information was collected from State Medicaid agencies and CMS Regional Offices. Data are presented for all States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
