July 7, 2010 The report contains a plan developed by the United States Interagency Council on Homelessness. The plan has called for coordination among housing, health, education, and human service programs, and for increased access to stable and affordable housing and permanent supportive housing. Its goals: by 2015 end chronic homelessness and homelessness among veterans; and by 2020 among children, family and youth.
