July 11, 2011 On July 11, 2011, 39 disabled Tennesseans sued the state over cuts to in-home care services that will limit one-on-one nursing services to 12 hours per day and personal assistance services to 215 hours per month. The suit, H.B. and S.B. (by their next friend Felicia Burk), et al. v.
