Medicare and Medicaid Programs; CY 2019 Home Health

The proposed rule was released on July 12, 2018, by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). The proposed rule presents changes to the Medicare Home Health Prospective Payment System (HH PPS) for calendar year 2019 and forward.The changes are projected to increase aggregate payments to home health provider organizations by 2.1%.
