CMS Home & Community-Based Services Waiver Review for Nebraska’s Adults With Developmental Disabilities Waivers

November 30, 2009 The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reviewed Nebraska's three home- and community-based services waivers for adults with developmental disabilities. The Residential Services waiver serves 131 people. The Day Services waiver serves 640 people. The Comprehensive Adult waiver serves 2,662 people.
