This document was released on July 23, 2018, by the California Legislative Analyst's Office. The document outlines a ballot measure seeking voter approval to implement the No Place Like Home Act of 2018, to create supportive housing for people with mental illness. Voter approval is needed because funding for the housing bonds would come from the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funds that are dedicated only to mental health services.
