California Proposition 4: Authorizes Bonds Funding Construction At Hospitals Providing Children’s Health Care – Initiative Statute

California hospitals that serve children with disabilities enrolled in the California Children’s Services (CCS) Program will be eligible to use $1.5 billion in bond funding for capital improvement projects.
