July 29, 2010 On July 29, 2010, the U.S. House Ways and Means Subcommittee on Income Security and Family Support held a hearing to review the use of child welfare demonstration projects. The topic was to evaluate the use of Title IV-E child welfare waivers by state child welfare agencies. William C. Bell, Ph.D., president and chief executive officer of Casey Family Programs, was one of the speakers that gave testimony at the hearing.
