Conversion of 17 Public to Privately Operated Community Living Arrangements in FY 2010

July 31, 2009 The Connecticut Department of Developmental Services (DDS) sought proposals from private non-profit and for-profit organizations to transfer supervision and administrative duties associated with the operation of one or more of 17 Community Living Arrangements (CLAs), or group homes, and the associated supports and services.
