IDEA Violation Complaint Against Montgomery Public Schools Filed by Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program
August 5, 2011 On May 31, 2011, Alabama Disabilities Advocacy Program (ADAP), the Judge David L. Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law and the Law Offices of Sears & Sears, PC. filed complaints against Montgomery Public Schools alleging that the school district had violated the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
