August 11, 2010 On October 1, 2010, Arizona implemented its changes to the state Medicaid plan described in this State Plan Amendment; with the most high profile change being the limitation of benefits for organ transplants. Other changes included the elimination of adult podiatry, dental services, well and physical exams, and limited coverage for prosthetics. August 11, 2010 On October 1, 2010, Arizona implemented its changes to the state Medicaid plan described in this State Plan Amendment; with the most high profile change being the limitation of benefits for organ transplants.
