August 15, 2011 The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) plans to move to a new Medicaid service delivery and payment system through coordinated care organizations (CCOs)that will provide risk-based, integrated managed care services for people enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan. The CCO service delivery system was created by 2011 state legislation, with implemention to start in July 2012.
