NEWCO Of Oregon Tort Claims Notification Letter
On August 16, 2017, NEWCO formally notified the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) that it was filing a Tort Claim against it. In February, the OHA had denied NEWCO's application to invest in the state by building inpatient mental health facilities, stating that a sufficient need had not been demonstrated.
