Money Follows The Person Psychiatric Rehabilitation Treatment Facility Demonstration Grant For Youth

The Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction described the operating policies and procedures for the new Money Follows the Person psychiatric rehabilitation treatment facility demonstration grant for youth. This announcement and policy is effective October 1st, 2012. Youth receiving services through a PRTF will be identified as appropriate for the program by family, staff members, and data collected by the Family and Social Services Administration. Children Receiving SOF services may also be identified and referred by family members or SOF staff.
