September 15, 2010 On September 15, 2010, the Institute for Child Health Policy for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) released a report with a recommendation to improve managed behavioral health services. HHSC is required to develop strategies to improve the transparency and accountability of behavioral health service delivery in the Medicaid managed care organizations.
