California’s San Diego County Seeks Assertive Community Treatment Mental Health Services
September 16, 2011 In September 2011, the San Diego County Behavioral Health Services in California sought a contractor to provide a Medi-Cal certified assertive community treatment team full service partnership program to serve transitional age youth between the ages of 16 and 25, who have a serious emotional disturbance (SED) or a serious mental illness SMI). Individuals may have a co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorder and have been homeless or are at risk of homelessness.
