Minnesota DHS Request for Proposals: Nursing Facility Performance-based Incentive Payments
October 1, 2009 Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposal for a three-year grant funded through the Performance-based Incentive Payment Program (PIPP) to improve the care quality and efficiency in nursing homes . The PIPP provides incentive payments for projects initiated by nursing home provider organizations that are aimed at improving care quality and efficiency.
