Estimated Impact of AB 109 Numbers of Persons Not Sent to State Prisons as New Admissions or Parole Violators with New terms
October 1, 2011 California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) provides county-level monthly projections of the number of offenders who previously would have been sent to state prison, but will now serve their sentences in county jails as a result of a realignment of responsibility intended to reduce prison overcrowding.
