October 12, 2010 The federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has ruled that six of Minnesota’s 16-bed community behavioral health hospitals (CBHH), operated by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS), are eligible for federal Medicaid reimbursement.
