Homeless Cost Study for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles
October 15, 2009 Researchers at the University of Southern California's Center for Community Health Studies at the Keck School of Medicine, and Housing Works conducted the study for the United Way of Greater Los Angeles. The researchers profiled four chronically homeless individuals from four areas of Los Angeles to determine the difference in social costs before and after the four were placed in permanent housing.
