Approved Nevada State Plan Amendment 19-005 To Allow For EPSDT Services In School-Based Settings

On October 24, 2019, the Nevada Division of Health Care Financing and Policy published this approved State Plan Amendment 19-005 to allow for Early Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) services in school-based settings. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) approved Nevada Medicaid's state plan amendment (SPA) on October 24, 2019.
