Hillside Children’s Center: Livingston County Youth Court and Community Services Evaluation 2008-2010

November 1, 2010 In Rochester, New York, behavioral health services provider organization Hillside Children’s Center, an affiliate of Hillside Family of Agencies, is partnering with Livingston County to operate a Youth Court with a focus on restorative justice for first-time non-violent youth offenders. Student volunteers hold dispositional hearings for referred offenders and determine an appropriate sentence for the offender.
