New Hampshire 1115 Waiver Ammendment Approval Letter

On November 1, 2016, the federal Department of Health and Human Services sent this letter to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services denying requested amendments to their 1115 demonstration waiver, New Hampshire Health Protection Program Premium Assistance.
