Draft New Jersey Medicinal Marijuana Program Rules, N.J.A.C. 8:64

November 15, 2010 New Jersey is preparing the necessary rules and regulations to oversee its new Medicinal Marijuana Program slated to launch in July 2011. The state described its plans in recently-released draft regulations for the new Medicinal Marijuana Program.
